We are a small, quaint apartment community conveniently located on Ala Wai Boulevard.

We are conveniently located in Waikiki close to the Convention Center, Ala Moana Shopping Center, McCully Shopping Center, parks and schools.  We are near The Bus line where you can catch a bus to anywhere on the island.

We have 60 furnished studio apartments in two, four-story walkup buildings.   The units range in size from approximately 200 square feet to 250 square feet and are perfect for up to two persons.  

The units are furnished with  a bed, dresser, TV, refrigerator, hot plate, telephone, air conditioner and private bathroom.   Utilities - water and electric are also included as part of monthly rent.  There is a coin operated laundry facility on site and parking may be available for an additional charge. 

Our on-site management office is open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 3 pm, Hawaii Standard Time.  We are closed Saturday & Sunday and on most Federal Holidays.
